This ALBA online day of practice will include periods of guided and silent meditation practice with a break around midday, followed by reflections on the theme, opportunity for personal reflection in small break out groups and Q & A.

We will send an email when registration opens on Saturday 4th of July at 7pm. No need to rush we will leave registration open for 24 hours till Sunday 7th of June 7pm. We will then offer places to those who register randomly on a lottery basis – this is so that we keep the registration process fair for those who may have technical issues.
Joining on the day
On registration you will receive a unique link and a password to join the group via zoom. You can join us from 9.25am using this password on the day.
