Online Day of Practice – 16 January 2021

Bringing light to the world

Led by Randula Haththotuwa

Floating sky lanterns
All the joy and hope we wished for the new year
Yet, the country again is in darkness we hear
We are told again just put on the gear
Just keep going, there will be light at the end they say
Yet, as we look ahead and walk through the tunnel in dismay
This light just seems to be further and further away
But then if for one moment, we weren't afraid of the dark
Took a breath, looked inside and just stayed with our heart
Right here in the darkness could there be a flicker and a spark?
