Retreat Centre Shrine Room

Retreat Centre Shrine Room

The next ALBA Online retreat will start on Friday 4 March at 20:00 and end on Sunday 6 March at 17:30. It will be led by Randula Haththotuwa and Martin Evans.

Further information on the theme and programme will be available closer to the date.

There is no need to book for the retreat. Please use this zoom link to join us on the retreat http://us02web.zoom.us/j/86519339952

If you are new to ALBA please drop us an email at alba.amaravati@gmail.com

We understand  trying to follow  a full retreat schedule at home may not be practical for some so you are welcome to join for some of the sessions during the weekend when you are able to, though we encourage you to join us for as much of the retreat as possible.  We are not limiting the numbers who can join the retreat so you will not be depriving someone else of a place if you can’t join for the whole time.

However, you do need to register in advance and we would ask for everyone to join us for the start of the retreat on Friday evening.

Health considerations

Please note that our events are not intended as a treatment for mental health conditions. Meditation and periods of silence can be experienced by some as quite challenging. If you have any concerns that you might be detrimentally affected by participating in one of our day events or retreats, please discuss your concerns with a relevant mental health professional before registering.

Should you experience any difficulties whilst participating in one of our events and require support, please contact a relevant mental health professional as we are not able to offer support through a crisis online
