ALBA retreat will be held online on zoom until further notice
These are led by lay Buddhist teachers from the Theravada Forest Sangha Tradition and are held at Amaravati Retreat Centre.
There will be periods of silent sitting and walking practice, Q&A and shared exploration of the theme.
